Laura Birdsong is a project manager at the Institute for Community Alliances in Minnesota. As an HMIS administrator since 2014, she has served in a variety of roles including manager of system administration and training manager. She previously worked in direct service as a case manager and program coordinator. Laura has a BS in Intercultural Studies from the University of Northwestern St. Paul, and earned a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) designation from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business, When she isn't breaking down the tasks of an upcoming project, she enjoys listening to podcasts and playing with her kids.
