Mission Critical: Your System Administration Can Make or Break Your Implementation

Supporting a regional implementation with eight CoCs, over 500 agencies, 1500 projects and 1500 end users is no small feat. Supporting this beast requires an agile system administration team and coordination with the HMIS Lead. This session will focus on key players required to manage this large implementation. While this type of implementation is not standard, lessons learned are key to any size implementation.

Eric Wilka – System Administrator for the GA HMIS Implementation
Eric has been part of the System Administration team for the GA HMIS Implementation since 2017. As the System Admin team for GA, Eric is responsible for the leading the technical integration of the CE systems, all customization projects and serving as a liaison on Professional Service Orders (PSO) in the HMIS implementation. Previously, Eric was an HMIS Administrator in Indianapolis for four years.

Josh Gray – Sr. HMIS Coordinator, GA HMIS Implementation
Josh has been the Sr. HMIS Coordinator for the GA HMIS Implementation since 2017. In this role Josh works directly with the System Admin team, CoC HMIS Admins, End Users, Federal Partners and a number of other stakeholders. Josh is the resident HMIS Lead guru for the GA Implementation and is key to keeping this well oil machine running smoothly.
