2023 Spring Conference

The theme this year is “Connecting for Change.” The conference will be held April 3 - 5, 2023, in Phoenix, AZ.

Akram leads the Research and Evaluation team in evaluation and performance improvement of the Homelessness Response System, designs research and evaluation projects from conceptualization to publication, and manages, analyzes, and synthesizes large datasets.

He works closely with partners across sectors of healthcare, criminal justice, and social services to promote data-informed housing solutions throughout Austin/Travis County.
