Tiffany Hart works as a HUD technical assistance provider for ICF. She has more than 10 years of experience working in the homelessness and housing field and is currently helping communities implement best practices including engaging folx with lived expertise of homelessness, centering systems in equity, coordinated entry, housing problem solving, HMIS, and ending youth homelessness. Her focus is on equity, systems change, human-centered design, and continuous quality improvement. Prior to joining ICF as a HUD Technical Assistance provider Tiffany worked in both direct services as a case manager in various shelters and at the CoC level for a Balance of State CoC helping to implement systems change processes including coordinated entry across a large diverse geographical region.
