Ms. Pringle (Theresa) is a strong advocate in the Greater Newark Metro Area community for those experiencing homelessness and those in imminent danger of experiencing homelessness. She not only addresses the community to include local, county and state officials but she works hands on with those experiencing homelessness addressing their needs via outreach and engagement, intensive case management and collaboration as well as assisting those that have newly acquired housing opportunities remained housed with a housing retention program that she has designed." Make It Make Sense, change the mindset change the outcome" �2020 Ms. Pringle is not only the way that she moves in advocacy but is also an educational piece that assists to set the tone for service providers, faith based organizations and community leaders to adjust legislation, provider services and community mindsets to remove barriers, and empower individuals by training providers who can go on to train individuals empowering and adding value to their lives. Currently, Ms. Pringle serves in varied capacities: Newark's Honorable Mayor Ras Baraka's Homeless Commissioners, N.J. State D.C.A.(Division of Community Affairs) Advisory Board Member/under the directorship The Office of Homeless Prevention's Director Dr. Michael Callahan as well as Essex County's COC/CEAS (Continuum of Care /comprehensive emergency assistance system) executive board member /Greg Arvay Consumer Liaison. Ms. Pringle is currently a two category Who's Who of America recognized individual in the non-profit sector as well as Who's Who of America's Professional Women. Ms. Pringle, President of Pringle's Pit Stop a non-profit that addresses homelessness and the greater Newark Metro area but also, is a service provider program designer and Is Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer receiving a 2024 MLT alumni award. Ms .Pringle's service extends in the small business community, where she's serving her second term as a National Leadership Council Member.
