2023 Spring Conference
Elliot Zans is the HMIS Technical Assistance Coordinator at CHIP (Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention). They first entered the CoC in 2020 as a Housing Case Manager for a non-congregate shelter at the beginning of the pandemic, from which they followed their clients into a Rapid-Rehousing bridge program. Their experiences in case management and their interest in data-driven solutions led them to their current role. Formerly, they worked as a Realtor, and an Implementation Coordinator for an evidence-based drug and alcohol prevention program. Elliot has a BA from the University of Wyoming and a Master’s degree in Evidence-Based Social Intervention from the University of Oxford. Beyond work, Elliot enjoys spending time with their partners kids and pets, cooking and watercolor painting.
