Jennifer Flynn has been the HMIS System Administrator for the Boston CoC for 17 years. She has overseen the implementation of multiple versions of Data Standards, the development of the City's HMIS Warehouse, and more recently, a HMIS Software change. She has years of experience as a data analyst and is the "keeper of data" for the Boston Homeless System of Care. Her deep knowledge of data, program design, and grant management make her a leader in HMIS management and operations.
