Jordan Schaller has been working with The Planning Council, a regional human services provider and Continuum of Care (CoC) and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) lead agency, since 2015. Through her role as Director of Data Systems and HMIS Administration, Jordan functions as the Lead HMIS System Administrator for five continuums that participate in the Hampton Roads HMIS. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance and confidentiality, and exploring and executing innovative methods for utilizing the HMIS in ways that allow the system to go beyond what is required to what is desired are the core values behind Jordan’s work.
