Marti is a Senior Project Manager on the Professional Services Team at Bitfocus who brings over ten years of experience in the homeless service sector with roles ranging from direct service, program management, and system administration. She started her career in homeless outreach and considers herself an outreach worker always. She is passionate about using technology and equitable engagement strategies to build better communities. Before joining Bitfocus, Marti served as the Executive Director of a community impact organization where she focused on developing and incorporating equitable and client-centered approaches to service delivery.
