Meradith has more than 20 years of experience in the homeless services field, ranging from shelter and housing case management, and program supervision, to managing and administering a highly successful Continuum of Care. Meradith is the Chief Operating Officer of The Partnership Center. In this role, she oversees day to day operations of the company; VESTA, PCL's HMIS software; and all HUD Technical Assistance including YHDP Data TA. Meradith focuses on using her program and policy knowledge to help organizations and communities develop data driven solutions to improve performance and enhance effectiveness.
